I am getting old, I am never cold and last night I fired up the furnace! As my grandmother got older she seemed to dread the fall as she saw it as everything passing. When she died she left us in October....I think of her often she was a "caretaker" of others in someway all of her life. Even when she had very little to give other than of herself.
